Order processing
Orders are usually processed within 1–5 business days before shipment. Processing times may vary during high-volume periods, holidays, supplier delays, or inventory changes.
Shipping times
Estimated delivery times vary by destination, supplier, product, and shipping method. Many orders may arrive within 7–20 business days after processing, but some deliveries may take longer depending on carrier movement, customs, warehouse location, or local delivery conditions.
Multiple shipments
If your order includes more than one item, products may ship separately. This can happen when items come from different suppliers or warehouses. You may receive separate tracking numbers.
Tracking
When tracking is available, you will receive tracking information by email. Tracking may take several business days to update after a label is created.
Shipping address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Nocturne House is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you notice an address mistake, contact us as soon as possible at nocturnehouse.shop@gmail.com.

Lost, delayed, or marked delivered packages
If tracking shows your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with household members, neighbors, building management, and your local carrier first. If the issue continues, contact us and we will review what options may be available.
