Refund Policy

We want your Nocturne House order to arrive as expected. Please read this policy before purchasing.

Return window

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, unopened when applicable, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

Items that cannot be returned

For hygiene and safety reasons, we may not accept returns on opened or used beauty, skincare, hair-care, aroma, personal-care, or wellness items unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at nocturnehouse.shop@gmail.com. Include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.

Refund approval

Refunds are reviewed case by case. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Order cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or sent to a supplier for fulfillment, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Shipping costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, a damaged item, or an incorrect item. Return shipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise confirmed by Nocturne House.

Lost or delayed orders

Shipping delays can happen due to carrier delays, customs, supplier processing, or local delivery conditions. Delayed orders are not automatically eligible for refund while still in transit, but we will review each case and help where possible.

How to start a return or refund request

Email nocturnehouse.shop@gmail.com with your order number, the email used at checkout, and the reason for your request.
