What is Nocturne House?
Nocturne House is a self-care and wellness-inspired store focused on rest, beauty, recovery, aroma, and ritual products designed to make everyday routines feel more intentional.
Where do your products ship from?
Products may ship from supplier partners or fulfillment warehouses depending on the item, destination, and availability. Some orders may ship in separate packages.
How long does shipping take?
Processing usually takes 1–5 business days. Delivery times vary by product and destination. Many orders may arrive within 7–20 business days after processing, but some can take longer due to supplier, carrier, customs, or local delivery delays.
Will I receive tracking?
When tracking is available, tracking details will be sent by email. Tracking may take several business days to update after shipment begins.
Why did only part of my order arrive?
If you ordered multiple items, they may ship separately from different suppliers or warehouses. This is normal and the rest of your order may arrive in a separate package.
Can I cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible at nocturnehouse.shop@gmail.com. If the order has already been processed or sent to the supplier for fulfillment, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Do you accept returns?
Return requests may be accepted within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused, unopened when applicable, in original condition, and in original packaging. Some beauty, personal-care, aroma, hair-care, and wellness items may not be returnable once opened or used for hygiene reasons.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Email nocturnehouse.shop@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label.
Are your products medical treatments?
No. Nocturne House products are intended for general beauty, rest, home, and self-care routines. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition.
How should I use beauty or skincare-style products?
Always follow the product instructions. Patch test before full use, avoid irritated or broken skin, avoid eyes unless instructions clearly allow it, and discontinue use if irritation occurs.
How do I contact support?
